BioLately ive been finding that im getting really fat. 124 pounds at 5'4 and i used to be 120 at 5'4. ive gotten fat from all the stress. i lost some weight actually...two pounds because ive joined the gym to better my health but now all i can think of is to become thin again! I don't eat at school, i go to school and not pack a lunch on purpose,then go home and eat dinner and repeat. All i wana do now is resrict calories and get back to a thin size! It doesnt help my confidence when my mum is stick thin, and she eats loads, and doesn't go to the gym or exercise. I always watch what she eats,and its everything . Actually I could loose crap loads if i only didnt get exstreem urges to eat at night! During the night im fine, by during the day if im bored, i just eat.
